| | Model of the car: | Grand Voyager LE | | | General comments: | I would not recommend purchasing a Chrysler product for the simple reason that they do not respect their current owners. Once the warranty is off you are on your own, even when there are obvious manufacturing problems such as paint peeling and premature transmission failures. Both of which are well documented on many customer forums and consumer TV shows. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Paint peeling, poor plastics used on the interior (constantly cracking) and of course transmission problems. I think the biggest disapointment is the lack of customer respect we as consumers recieve from Chrysler as there is obviously a serious flaw in both the paint and transmission design, yet Chrysler will not help us out. I guess that they are forgetting that we will be in the market for future vehicles. I for one will not be going to the Chrysler dealership to buy this time!! | | | Previous car: | 1991 Toyota Previa.
