| | Model of the car: | Dodge Caravan | | | General comments: | 2001, went from Indiana to Myrtle Beach and service engine soon light came on. Ignition switch check showed 12-43-55. Engine misfire or coil problem so went on and drove rest of way and on way back light went off. At home later on, the service engine light came back on again and I took it back to dealer. They replaced ECM and it has worked all winter and then yesterday coming through a car wash, set and idled for about five minutes and now the service engine light is back on. Made appointment for repair today, but would like to know if anyone knows what is going on with this 3.0 Japanese engine. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | NONE | | | Previous car: | 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner
