Dodge Grand Caravan
| | Model of the car: | Dodge Grand Caravan | | | General comments: | After we started having children (we have 2 young boys now), we knew that we really wanted to get a van. We owned a 1994 Chevy Blazer, but that was totaled in a car accident (not much of a loss..it was a lemon!), so we were at the point where we were going to finally get our van. We looked at several different models, but really liked the look, interior, spaciousness and smooth ride of the Dodge Grand Caravan. We got a 1996 with one previous owner who kept all his maintenance records on it. It was well taken care of, so decided to make the big purchase. So far, no complaints! We love this van, and would definitely stick with the Dodge Caravan for future van purchases. The ride is smooth, the sound system is great, and the kids love it too. The double sliding doors are an added plus! Overall, great van for the money! | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Air bag light comes on once in a while, sometimes wipers go off when using turn signal, occassionally the radio takes about a minute to kick in after van is started | | | Previous car: | 1994 Chevy Blazer (and would never get another!
