We are on our second transmission and just had the car in the shop again - the transmission is almost gone and the head gasket is blown. The first transmission went out at 63,000 miles (despite the fact that the dealer repeatedly told us it was normal for the transmission to slip). At 75,000 miles we had a major oil leak. We replaced the brakes at the first sign they were due for repair but it was already too late - the rotors needed replaced too. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Dodge cannot seem to get the transmission right - as is evidenced by the multiple (9)people I alone know that have replaced 1 or more of their Caravan transmissions.
