| | Model of the car: | Grand Caravan | | | General comments: | Overall impression is not suitable to post.Have experienced numerous problems with absolutely no support or assistance from Dodge. The latest issue is the fact that the transmission is completely shot after 65000 miles ($1933.00)My mechanic consulted Dodge on the problem. The dealer admitted that the transmission problem is the result of poor engineering and that Dodge is aware of the problem BUT is not supporting the customer in any way.
