| | Model of the car: | Dodge Caravan | | | General comments: | We purchased the van in 2001 with about 35,000 miles on it. It now has over 100,000 and it's starting to fall apart. The heater core had had to be replaced twice due to electrolysis in a pipe (my husband says they made it with aluminum next to steel causing the problem). We paid to have it replaced the first time. It went out again a month later and Dodge paid for it. Now, about 2 months later, it went out again and it currently disconnected, so I have no heater. I contacted Dodge and was told they would not pay for it again. According to the repair shop, it should be a recall. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Poor service from Dodge.
