| | Model of the car: | Dodge Caravan | | | General comments: | I really liked everything about my 1999 Grand Caravan until August of this year. The transmission went bad at 45,000 miles, and not just electronic problems like a speed sensor or a soleniod pack. The transmission pan had a big pile of metal shavings in it when my mechanic drained the fluid, the thing literally tore itself up on the inside. The repair bill will total over $3000.
