Grand Caravan AWD

| ||General comments:||Purchased in Jan. 99 for $29,000. This is an SE model, pretty much loaded except no power seats or captain's chairs. Previous to this purchase, I bought a new '94 Grand Caravan SE AWD and traded it in on the '99. Only problem with the '94 was the AWD differential went out just before the powertrain warranty expired at 70,000. So far, no problems with the '99 at 17,000. The improvements, mostly engonomics, over the '94 convinced me to stay with the line. Also, the vehicle has always received high marks by Consumer Reports and others. Great ride, excellent visibility, and stays plenty warm during our 50 below winters here in Fairbanks (the optional rear heater is a must up here!). I would highly recommend this automobile to anyone, and not just families. I am single and it is great for hauling things. With the rear seats out, even 4x8 sheets of plywood fit with room to spare.|
| ||What things have gone wrong with the car:||Front skirt hangs low and is easy to hit on a curb or snow berm.|
