| | Model of the car: | Grand Caravan Sport | | | General comments: | Took car in for service and the mechanic reported that the tensioner needed to be replaced. Upon further questioning, the mechanic confessed that this part has been a problem on this car for approximately 10 years. Why has Dodge not improved the reliability of this part? The mechanic also reported that he had the same car and thought it was a very good value despite this flaw. I had to agree but there is always room for improvement.
