| | Model of the car: | Dodge Caravan | | | General comments: | My boyfriend and I were pursuaded to buy our caravan new because of the 0% financing option. Little did we now that soon after every other dealership offered a similar promotion. Overall, there was not a lot of problems that we had with it. My biggest problems had to do with the weak customer service and the inconvenience of taking it in to get serviced. Dodge requires the vehicle all day and can not give it's customers a rental car for the time. I don't know about everybody else but it is next to impossible to hand over my vehicle for the whole day. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | weak power

When I drive around with loud music I feel like people are looking at me like I am borrowing my parents van and being rambonxious
Like all vihicles when you drive them off the lot they depreciatte like crazy. And because the caravan's are a dime a dozen they can be difficult to sell for a erasonable price. If you don't plan on keeping it for long don't buy it. | | | Previous car: | 2000 cougar
