| | Model of the car: | Grand Caravan Ex | | | General comments: | We were so exited when we purchased this vehicle. It's beutiful, but that's as far as it goes! It has been in the repair shops 7 times already and we didn't even make our first payment yet. It has a noise when you turn the steering wheel the rear hatch doesn't close properly and idles extremely hard, I was told this is normal. The dealership duplicated the problem and replaces numerous items on it. But the problem still exist. Now the dealer ship say they can't duplicated the problem. They return my vehicle with oil spill all over the engine, with grease marks on the leather seats and on the side panels and on the steering wheel. I finally contacted a lemon law lawyer. Chryster is buying back my brand new lemon! They better hurry before the transmission goes out, it won't shift down anymore. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | It suck, It's a lemon!
